My DVR is a 16 channel EyeOnet 5216AH (Duah I think) and I really like its recording and setup features BUT the live viewer software is really bad. It simply does not work. I am looking for software I can try first, that would be a live viewer that can communicate with my DVR but not an IP viewer. It allows you to connect to an ECO DVR on a PC and view your cameras. It enables you to make and playback video recordings from your IP camera. A free program designed to work with your DVR device. This program enables you to convert DVR-MS files to the MPEG2 format. DVR implements new measures in response to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, DVR has taken the following steps to protect staff and the public:
- Reconfiguring offices to promote social distancing
- Transitioning most DVR staff to telework from alternate locations, such as their homes
- Offering support and services to customers by phone or other remote methods
- Working closely with vendors to maintain services while mitigating exposure

DVR increases wait list releases from 300 to 400 individuals, starting June 1, 2021
DVR now has resources to initiate services to 400 individuals per month from the Priority for Services category 3 list.
In June 2021, DVR increased wait list releases from 300 to 400. On June 1, 183 of the 400 were released from Priority for Services category 2, which successfully released all remaining individuals in that priority category. DVR is excited to announce that Priority for Services category 2 (individuals with significant disabilities) is now open continuously (no waiting). This is in addition to Priority for Services category 1 (individuals with most significant disabilities), which remains open continuously (no waiting).
The remaining amount of the 400 individuals released June 1 were from Priority for Services category 3.
Services are initiated to individuals on the waiting list for services based on the date they applied for services with DVR. Each month, DVR will initiate services to the 400 individuals with the earliest application dates and who have been on the waiting list the longest.
When DVR does not have adequate financial resources or staff capacity to serve all eligible individuals, it must establish a waiting list for services. Waiting list rules are established by the federal Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) under a provision called “Order of Selection for Services” (34 CFR 361.36). These rules require that DVR serve individuals with most significant disabilities as a priority.
DVR reevaluates its service delivery capacity regularly to ensure it continues serving the greatest number of eligible individuals possible in the most effective manner.
While DVR remains under Order of Selection, individuals determined eligible in priority category 1 continue to receive services.
