Dark Souls 3 is set many, many years ago, in a world deep in its darkest ages, ruled by devilish fiends. The five Lords of Cinder have lost their place on the thrones at Firelink Shrine, unlinking the flame and sending the world into darkness. You play the Unkindled, an undead protagonist, with the end goal of returning the Lords of Cinder to their rightful positions at Firelink Shrine.

The game is the third edition of the hit Dark Souls RPG series. It was launched in early 2016, after being developed by From Software. It's available on PS4, XBOX One and PC (Steam).
