Springfield, Ohio. I'm having an issue programming my VX-180 using the CE44 software. I'm able to put in frequencies but when I go to enter in the CTCSS tones, it doesn't let me add anything in at all. It stays '-' but doesn't let me either enter in any numbers (even if i type a 'C' or a 'D' first) and doesn't do anything. I have a slew of Vertex VX-160U portable radios, that I am in need of re-programming. I have the CE-44 Programming software as well as a USB / Serial programming cable.
